The beginning

We started this blog so that our family and friends would be able so see what is going on in our lives as we are moving to san diego in september...very very exciting :)
For the first week or so we will be blogging about what has happened so far and then go on to present time...

So for those of you who don't know me or my wonderful fiancé:
I'm Stephanie, born in Sweden but moved to france with my parents and brother when i was 13 and my fiancé Tristan is french, but lived in america for 10 years before coming back to france where we met 2 and a half years ago... we got engaged on September 3rd 2009 and right after that I moved to Oxford, England to study while Tristan stayed in France but, as lucky as I am, he decided to join me in England after just a bit more than a month :)  needless to say, a student room in uni halls gets very cramped with 2 people living in it :P Tristan found a good job at Malmaison Hotel Oxford and my studies were going well BUT in march 2010 I found out I was pregnant, surprise, surprise :D shocked but overjoyed of course!!!
so as I said the first week, I will be writing more about all this and what has happened since, and then  about our move to the US... so keep updated ;)
