Bad updating again!!

God im being so lazy with the blog, sorry!! Since my last update we have been looking at apartments all over san diego, we actually found a place that both of us love downtown, so we'll see what we decide :) Andreas is still loving it here and his tooth finally came out :D and he is 10 months today, i can't believe how fast he is growing!!!
Anyways right now we're on our way to ikea to look a a few this and just see what they have.... i am really gonna try ti make an effort and update more often

The last update wasn't very good cause Tristan posted it before I was done... so as I said we are keeping busy!!! there is so much to see and do here!!! We went to the desert a couple of days ago, its was impressive! and super hot... a bit over 40 degrees and no wind, in the end of september!!! and people live there which is pretty amazing :P We didn't see any tumbleweeds though which was very disapointing cause thats why I wanted to go to the desert in the first place :(...but the way back home was very interesting, we saw camels ( ?! ), smelt a skunk, from inside the car haha, drove by an indian reservation and we stopped at Tristans friends house for dinner and had lobster tails and filé mignon...pretty nice...   Andreas is loving it aswell, his new favorite place is the beach :) he loves playing in the sand ( and tasting it of course!!! ). And we finally bought a car :D need to take a picture to show you guys. 

Today we havn't been up to much so far, right now Tristan and Andreas are taking a nap so I've went out for a quick walk to see my new local tattoo artist :P I have a misspelled and very badly done tattoo on my arm that I'm getting fixed in a week, I know a misspelled tattoo sounds like a joke but luckily I can finally get it fixed  :D can't wait!!!

Keeping busy

I'm so sorry I havn't updated since we got here!! We have been keeping busy visiting different places around here, looking at cars and appartements... we absolutley love it here, it's amazing!!
So since we got here we spent one day driving along the coast and looking at enormous houses :) and as I said in my last update Andreas was really sick for a couple of days so we have been spoiling him, got him a huge teddy bear and a baby walker and we also got him surfer clothes and an adorable pair of shoes :D Still no stupid tooth in sight though...... can't believe it's taking this long!!! Anyways other than that we've met a couple of tristan's friends and tuesday we went to the desert which was really cool!!!!
I promise I will update more often from now on....

Loving life!

Sorry I havn't updated in ages! we didn't have internet access in Sweden... Anyways we have finally arrived in San Diego :D We absolutley love it!!! When we arrived there was a huge blackout though haha, no electricity what so ever in california and parts of arizona and mexico!!!! Everything was closed...Fun when you just came off a 12 hour flight :P Taxis here take credit cards though, thank god. The cottage we have rented is great and only about 2 mins from the beach!!! lifes good:) anyways woke up at 4 in the morning yesterday and went out hoping that something would be open so we could get a coffee and found a gas station that was open ( elecricity came back on during the night) and then walked around a bit and went out on the pier, it's amazing, I couldn't stop smiling, it's been my dream to move here since I can remember!
Later on, once everything was opened we went to look for a surf board for Tristan, had very good sushi for lunch and mexican for dinner :) And today, woke up at 4 again and poor little Andreas has got a temperature and is boiling hot so we think this stupid tooth is going to come out soon! Just got back from a long walk, and plans for today: rent a car and drive around a bit ...
Anyways I will make some posts about Sweden in between San Diego updates...

We are finally on our way to Tristan's dads place, it took quite a while to fit everything in the car!!! And we gave Andreas a heart attack when he saw us walk down the stairs with our hands full of bags, leaving him behind... Poor little guy cried so hard:( but all is good now, he's sleeping in his car seat while holding my hand <3

Party Party

There is a major party going on in the village where Tristan's mum lives!!! This being a village with a population of around 200 people ( as I have mentioned before) major party means bad music and like 4 people dancing the way we all used to dance at school discos when we were 7 years old haha, quite fun to watch. Right now they are playing vamos a la playa :P  Anyways Andreas was sleeping like a baby so Tristan and I went down to have a look while "Grandma" kept an eye on my little angel. Being good parents we won a stuffed monkey for him though, since he couldn't come with us :) But I have no idea how we are going to be able to sleep cause the music is really loud...oh and there is a church bell right outside our bedroom which rings every hour and every half hour and just to be nice, Quasimodo up there rings it twice!!! loving the midnight one....2x12 "rings" haha.
Anyways gonna at least try to get some sleep so goodnight to you all

Everyone says that babies grow really fast but I never realised it was this fast!!! He is already eating real food, sitting up by him self, crawling and now standing up... and I still remeber the day he was born like it was yesterday <3 Time flies by...

Anyways we are all done packing :D I'm trying to get Andreas to take a quick nap cause we might go out for dinner so it would be good if he could get some rest before...

Good Morning :)

Another night with enough sleep :) Andreas only woke up a couple of times and we got up at 8 and were welcomed by a beautiful, quiet morning!

Today we need to finish packing, we're pretty much done, just a few more things to organise... and tomorrow we are going to Tristan's dad's place cause he is going to bring us to Nice EARLY on monday morning for our flight to Stockholm :D I'm getting so excited!!!! 

 Wednesday Dinner: Soy sauce and sesame oil marinated salmon with pine nut crust, cucumber, lime and cilantro salsa + quinoa...
( Forgot to take a picture before we started eating which is why it's a photo of a half eaten plate... :P )

Since I wrote the above I've been busy taking care of Andreas, dying my hair and having lunch so it got a bit delayed ...

Alone time with Andy <3

Tristan is at the bank with his mum so I stayed home with Andreas :) he's in his "home made" outside bath at the moment, he was in desperate need of a bath after he decided that he is big enough to eat his oat-meal himself :)

Busy Times

Our big move is getting close :D Going to sweden on monday and then off to San Diego!!!! I am sooo excited to start our new life in the US!!
Haven't been up to anything interesting in the past few days just organising things we are going to bring with us, which is not a lot because of all these stupid weight restrictions :P And Andreas is growing way too fast! Since a couple of days, everytime I go to get him after one of his naps I find him standing up in his bed!!!! I am so amazed and proud of my little baby boy :D

Morning Glory

Wow I can't even remember the last time I slept so much...The little guy slept all night, woke up around 6 and then fell back asleep until 9!!! Right now he's trying to figure out into how many pieces he can rip a magazine and I, being a huge coffee addict, am having my 120 cups of morning coffee :)
Plans for today, start packing, go by some fruit and vegetables for Andreas and go see a doctor to make sure we are not dying before our big move :)
